Furthermore, in sunitinib-resistant kidney cancer cells, hnRNPA2B1 has been shown to bind the 5′ end of LNCARSR, and knocking down the level of hnRNPA2B1 or mutating the binding site of hnRNPA2B1 reduces the level of LNCARSR in exosomes, suggesting that hnRNPA2B1 specifically facilitates LNCARSR loading into exosomes (31) (Figure 1).
