The Kaplan–Meier survival curves for overall survival (OS) indicated that HCC patients with high expression of ACTR2 (p < 0.001), ACTR3 (p < 0.001), ARPC1A (p < 0.001), ARPC1B (p < 0.001), ARPC2 (p < 0.001), ARPC3 (p = 0.008), ARPC4 (p < 0.001), ARPC5 (p < 0.001), and ARPC5L (p = 0.004) had worse OS than those with low expression, as shown in Figures 7A–I. The gene discussed is ACTR2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
