In addition to ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and uterine leiomyosarcoma also exhibit high expression of BDNF and TrkB, which are closely related to adverse clinical phenomena, such as lymph node metastasis (Yu et al., 2008; Moon et al., 2011; Makino et al., 2012; Bao et al., 2013; Yuan et al., 2018a,b). This evidence concerns the gene BDNF and endometrial cancer.
