Some results include the following: Sam68 promotes the proliferation of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway [20]; LIN28 can regulate let-7 family of miRNAs to enhance the proliferation of colon cancer cells [21]; QKI-5 accelerates tumor development by increasing the expression of miR-196b-5p [22]; and SNRPB can promote the occurrence of glioblastoma by affecting biological processes such as RNA splicing [23].
