Among them, the expressions of 10 genes, including TP53, SRC, STAT3, MAPK3, PIK3R1, HRAS, VEGFA, HSP90AA1, EGFR, and JAK2, were significantly related to the OS time of patients with HCC, which implies that KCMMs may exert an anti-HCC effect mainly through these target genes, thus prolonging the survival time of the patients. The gene discussed is JAK2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
