Finally, the intersection analysis of genes co-expressed with P2RY14 in T cell receptor signaling pathway and PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer was carried out, and the candidate genes driven by the P2RY14 gene in HNSC were enriched in Zap70, PIK3R1, CD4, CD28, CD3D/E/G, CD247, NFATC2, LCK, and PDCD1 (Figure 7D).
