PLAT and androgen insensitivity syndrome: Therefore, the purpose of this study is to 1): identify the temporal profile of eosinophil in AIS patients treated with r-tPA; 2): evaluate the association between dynamic eosinophil and 3-month outcomes in different AIS etiologies; 3): find the incremental predictive ability of dynamic eosinophil adding to conventional model; and 4): evaluate the longitudinal change of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR): a widely used biomarker representing an inflammatory status (15, 16), in our cohort and compared its predictive value with eosinophils.
