CD47 and neoplasm: It was initially introduced as a tumor antigen involved in ovarian cancer, and multiple studies have indicated that CD47 is generally upregulated in various types of malignancies (34), such as myeloma (35), leiomyosarcoma (36), leukemia (37), non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (38), breast cancer (39), osteosarcoma (40), and hepatocellular carcinoma (41).
