These results indicated that GAD65, as an autoimmune antigen of T1D, could increase the proportions of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells, and immunosuppressive adjuvant Kyn could specifically increase this enhanced effect, which may be associated with the suppression of T1D progression in the spleen lymphocytes.
