As shown in Table 1, there was no significant difference between the two groups in BMI or duration of infertility; however, significantly higher AMH levels (median [interquartile range]: 2.5 [1.4–4.2] vs. 2.4 [1.4–3.7], P = 0.024) and basal estradiol (E2) levels (median [interquartile range]: 165.0 [131.0–204.0] vs. 157.0 [124.3–198.0], P = 0.025) were observed in the TAI group than in the control group, indicating a different ovarian reserve between the two groups.
