In advanced NSCLC and in non-operable patients, some of these drugs are the first-line treatment (e.g., anti-TKIs) in patients with activating mutations in EGFR or ALK genes, while others are licensed as second-line treatment (e.g., Nivolumab) [8,13,14,15].
