Plasma Hsp90α values were markedly elevated in breast cancer patients (median 68.83 ng/mL, mean 84.41 ng/mL) compared to those in the non-cancer control (healthy individuals plus patients with at-risk breast diseases; median 38.09 ng/mL, mean 42.89 ng/mL) and those in the at-risk group (Figure 1B and Supplementary Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene HSP90AA1 and breast disorder.
