These results have been supported by a retrospective review of patients diagnosed across two centers in Canada and Italy with reported positive responses that were also durable [64], indicating that ramucirumab in combination with paclitaxel is effective with a manageable safety profile for the treatment of patients with HER-2 + GC/GEJ adenocarcinoma who received first-line therapy with trastuzumab.
