Another immune checkpoint, TIGIT, inhibits endogenous T cell anti-MM activity, due to the high levels of TIGIT ligands expressed on malignant plasma cells in the BM [33], but expression of this receptor was not different on ARI2hIL-15, ARI2hIL-2 or ARI2hIL-15/IL-7 cells (Figure S5A).
