In the present study, we exploited the previously established dual antibody/decoy inhibitory strategy to investigate the molecular pathways modulated by HGF/MET inhibition in pancreatic cancer cells, and identify tenascin C (TNC) as one of the factors secreted by cancer cells that could sustain the stromal rewiring of pancreatic cancers. The gene discussed is TNC; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
