Since CCL19 and IFNG are highly correlated with CCL5 expression in patient breast tumors, these may be most relevant to T-reg infiltration of tumors in response to CCL5. Our data suggest that tumor EVs not only impact TAM phenotypes directly, but also alter their ability to attract and interact with other cells that contribute to evasion of immune detection. The gene discussed is CCL19; the disease is breast neoplasm.
