GNAS and Insulin resistance: Significant disorder of glucose metabolism including hyperglycemia (blood glucose >16.7mmol/L) (Figure 1B), insulin resistance (Figures 1J–L), glucose tolerance reduction (Figures 1G–I), and GSP level (Figure 1M) as well as lipid metabolism such as levels of HDL, LDL, TCH, NEFA, and TG (Figures 1N–R) were observed in the model group, which were consistent with clinical diabetes.
