Here in our study, we exclude the involvement of the cAMP-MAPKs pathway and the Akt/mTOR pathways in the regulation of CXCR5-mediated endothelial inflammation, confirming that coupling of SNO-GNAI2 to CXCR5 specifically regulates Hippo-YAP signaling in condition of diabetes-accelerated atherosclerosis.
