According to GO term annotation (Figure 11A), it suggested that these four mRNAs may be involved in modulating some biological processes closely related to human cancers, such as ‘Transcription factor binding’, ‘Regulation of cell cycle’, ‘negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II’, ‘intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator’ and ‘regulation of transcription involved in G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle’ processes.
