Here, the threshold was set as 0.003, and then 11 genes (UQCRH, PPA2, PAPSS1, ABO, AP006621.5, CMB9-55F22.1, AP006621.6, PANO1, CTD-2027I19.2, LINC01273, and ARSA) regulated by nine SNPs (rs41292543, rs35258888, rs70947091, rs8176719, rs10678686, rs10678686, rs10678686, rs7104929, rs10407383, rs6122883, and rs6151429) with P values lower than the threshold were considered to increase the risk of COVID-19 (Table 1).
