NF-κB-p65 was found to translocate from the cytoplasm to the nucleus during the first 30 min of infection, and this process was significantly reduced 2 hpi (Fig. 5B), which indicated that OV-SY17 regulated NF-κB in a biphasic manner in the infected cells during different phases of the viral life cycle.
