TGF-β signaling (Fig. 7A) and PI3K/AKT/MTOR signaling (Fig. 7B) were significantly enriched in ARHGAP5 highly expressed samples, which indicated circUBE2K/ARHGAP5 regulated BC progression may involve regulated via TGF-β and PI3K/AKT/MTOR related metabolism pathway. This evidence concerns the gene ARHGAP5 and breast cancer.
