Compared to that in NOTCH4-WT tumors, the mutational load (in terms of both the nonsilent mutation rate and the silent mutation rate) (P < 0.001, Fig. 3C, D), and neoantigen load (in terms of both SNV neoantigens and indel neoantigens) (P < 0.001, Fig. 3E, F) were also significantly higher in NOTCH4-MUT tumors, suggesting that NOTCH4-MUT was related to enhanced tumor immunogenicity.
