A patient (LAT025) who underwent lung resection for oligoprogressive disease was found to have new KRAS G12C and TP53 227–228:SD/X after the surgery without the original EGFR exon 19 deletion mutation, suggesting that the resected tumor likely represent a new primary tumor or a concomitant second primary tumor that grew during the course of treatment. Here, EGFR is linked to neoplasm.
