Given the role of the four TFs (SALL2, SOX2, OLIG2, and POU3F2) in reprogramming differentiated glioblastoma cells into stem-like cells13 and the potential role of FOSL1 in regulating them as postulated by Fiscon and colleagues, our first goal was to investigate the molecular relationship between FOSL1 and the four TFs. This evidence concerns the gene SOX2 and glioblastoma.
