Interestingly, some cancer-associated pathways were enriched into the high risk groups, including acute myeloid leukemia, basal cell carcinoma, BC, chronic myeloid leukemia, colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, ERBB signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, glioma, melanoma, nonsmall cell lung cancer, P53 signaling pathway, pancreatic cancer, pathways in cancer, prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, TGF-β signaling pathway, thyroid cancer, and WNT signaling pathway (Figure 6a). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
