KCNA3 and myocardial infarction: A strong negative correlation was found between the prescribing of beta-adrenoceptor blocking drugs, antihypertensive therapy, nitrates, calcium channel blockers and potassium channel activators, anti-fibrinolytic drugs and haemostatics, lipid-regulating drugs, and hospital admission rates for certain current complications following ST elevation (STEMI) and non-ST elevation (NSTEMI) myocardial infarction (within the 28-day period) (p < 0.01).
