Overexpression of HSP is observed in the case of several dozen types of cancer [30,31,32,33,34,35], including hematopoietic tumors, i.e., leukemia, multiple myeloma, breast cancer, cervical cancer, bladder cancer, renal cell carcinoma, liver cancer, lung cancer, oesophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, brain, and neck tumor including glioblastoma, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90B2P and cancer.
