Zheng et al. (2020) reported that the RNA m6A methylation and its reader proteins play a key regulatory role in early B-cell development. These findings reveled that the m6A regulators are associated with TIME in HCC to some extent. Furthermore, we found that the CNAs of regulators were closely related to the immune infiltration levels, including B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, neutrophils, dendritic cells, and especially macrophages. It is further confirmed that the m6A regulators could affect TIME regulation in HCC. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hepatocellular carcinoma.
