CD274 and sarcoma: Therefore, we investigated the expression of several inhibitory immune checkpoints between high- and low-risk sarcoma patients and found that the expression levels of most checkpoints such as PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4, TIM-3, LAG-3, and TIGIT in the high-risk group were significantly lower than in the low-risk group (P < 0.05), indicating higher immune cell infiltration in the TME of the low-risk group.
