Furthermore, the residual analysis revealed that, while BMs from luminal A and B type breast cancer predominantly occurred in the cerebellum with higher proportions than those from the other subtypes, BMs from HER2 breast cancer occurred in the cerebellum with a lower proportion and in the putamen and thalamus with higher proportions than those from the others (Fig. 3).
