A novel non‐enzymatic antioxidant MXene nanoplatform with excellent biocompatibility and great chemical reactivity toward multiple ROS is developed to potentially scavenge the overexpressed ROS and subsequently suppress oxidative stress‐induced inflammatory response through the inhibition of NF‐κB signaling pathway in the prevention and treatment of AKI and other ROS‐related diseases. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is acute kidney injury.
