The results showed that the PD-L1 expression in tumour cells or lymphocytes was associated with Gleason score, but it was not related to age, preoperative PSA level, clinical T-stage, lymph node metastasis and grade of risk factors, whereas no statistically significant associations were seen between PD-1 expression in tumour cells or tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes and age, PSA level, Gleason score, clinical T-stage, lymph node metastasis and grade of risk factors. Here, CD274 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
