In another double-blind randomized phase II trial study following an open-label safety run-in, women with TP53-mutated, platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer were randomized to either placebo or oral adavosertib (225 mg bd for 2.5 days/21-day cycle) plus carboplatin (AUC5) and paclitaxel (175 mg/m2) (Table 1) [15••]. Here, TP53 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
