Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) deficiency is most frequently reported (20%–75%), followed by LH/FSH (15%–60%), TSH (25%–58%), growth hormone (5%–41%) and prolactin (13%–25%) deficiencies, whereas panhypopituitarism (three or more pituitary hormone deficits) has been observed in up to 50% of cases.26, 30.
