NFE2L1 and infectious disease: Comprehensive analysis of the top significantly enriched biological process terms and pathways showed that 1896 DEGs of Group J, by identifying TCF11-, but not Nrf1α -, expressing cells, were associated with distinct functions in cellular metabolic process, cell cycle, subcellular localization, transport and catabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, regulation of transcription, translation, signal transduction, endocrine system, development and regeneration, infectious diseases and cancers.
