CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: As survival of NSCLC under immunotherapy is improving, with long-term, 5-year OS rates of 20–30% for stage IV disease currently (18, 19), and the use of PD-(L)1 inhibitors is expanding in locally-advanced and early stages (20), the interest for thorough analysis of irAEs is growing, because they pose important practical challenges for oncologists and a major limitation for patient outcome.
