In addition, survival analyses based on ICGC cohort show consistent results: high expression levels of ACSL1 (HR 0.248 [0.101–0.418], P = 0.080), DLGAP5 (HR 0.416 [0.175–0.768], P = 0.039), KIF23 (HR 0.428 [0.117–0.696], P <0.001), and NCAPG (HR 0.231 [0.082–0.494], P = 0.005) were related to poor overall survival of PCa (Figures 7B, D, F, H). Here, NCAPG is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
