Among the 1,140 cases, SASP positivity was significantly associated with histologic grade (p < 0.001), sTIL density (p < 0.001), iCD103 + lymphocyte count (p < 0.001), ER negativity (p < 0.001), PR negativity (p < 0.001), and a high Ki-67 index (p < 0.001) but not with clinicopathological variables, such as age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, LVI, or HER2 status (Table 2).
