Among the 1,140 cases, SASP positivity was significantly associated with histologic grade (p < 0.001), sTIL density (p < 0.001), iCD103 + lymphocyte count (p < 0.001), ER negativity (p < 0.001), PR negativity (p < 0.001), and a high Ki-67 index (p < 0.001) but not with clinicopathological variables, such as age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, LVI, or HER2 status (Table 2). Here, STIL is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
