First, we employed univariate analysis of data from the three datasets (CGGA RNA‐seq, CGGA microarray, and TCGA RNA‐seq) to interpret the impact of NUP37 and each clinical feature of the patients on the prognosis of glioma (Figure 3A,C,E).We found that NUP37 was a risk factor for the prognosis in all three databases, and that both tumor grade and the age of the patients were also a risk factor for the prognosis of glioma (p < 0.05, [HR] >1). The gene discussed is NUP37; the disease is glioma.
