Here, the administration of GSK126, alone or in combination with SAHA, did not reduce the proliferation or viability of the SMARCA4def lung cancer cells (Supplementary Fig. 3b–d), implying that EZH2 activity does not, by itself, cause the refractoriness to cell growth inhibition by SAHA in SMARCA4def lung cancer cells. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is lung carcinoma.
