CHI3L1 and urinary bladder cancer: Online analysis the data of bladder cancer in TCGA database using UALCAN (http://ualcan.path.uab.edu/) showed that the expression level of YKL-40 in bladder cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (Figure 1(A)), and the expression level increased with the increase of lymph node metastasis (Figure 1(B)).
