According to the results shown in Figure 5b and Figure S29, Supporting Information, the mice treated with sCABs had improved vertical movement episodes and total movement times and ameliorated climbing time, which suggested relief of PD development.[41] Further, compared with those in untreated mouse brains, the TNF‐α mRNA levels and protein levels in the brains of sCABs‐treated mice were decreased by 50% and 41%, respectively (Figure 5c).
