KDM6A and liver dysplastic nodule: In summary, based on these in vivo results, we find that the absence of mmu-miR-199b-3p is closely associated with the exacerbation of kidney injury in STZ-induced diabetic mice by removing the repression of KDM6A, indicating that mmu-miR-199b-3p plays a protective role against kidney injury in DN through downregulating KDM6A.
