TP53 and cancer: So, 1,324 significant target genes of the miRNAs resided within 21 biological pathways according to KEGG analysis, including seven known canonical cancer-associated pathways (Figure 4B): the p53 signaling pathway, ubiquitin mediated proteolysis, pathways in cancer, the mTOR signaling pathway, the Wnt signaling pathway, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion, and the ErbB signaling pathway.
