Additionally, in the Haferlach Leukemia 2 dataset, the expression levels of GPSM1 in B-ALL, childhood B-ALL and Pro-B ALL samples were 2.917 (p = 3.50E-49), 2.997 (p = 2.34E-68) and 4.234 (p = 8.24E-13) fold higher than those in PBMCs (Figure 1D).
