On the basis of previous findings, they screened the entire genome (16,019 genes) in shRNA-infected KRAS-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) H23 cells, trying to identify triple combination therapies using ARS-1620, mTOR inhibitors and the IGF1R inhibitor linsitinib. This evidence concerns the gene IGF1R and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
