WNT3A and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia: To explore the potential role of Wnt3a in the progression of cervical neoplasia, we investigated the expression of canonical Wnt3a signaling and related genes with microarray data set analysis and immunohistochemical staining of biopsied samples of normal cervix, low- and high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tissue.
