We then analyzed the prognostic significance of the nine hub genes in the TCGA_LIHC data set, and the result suggested that WDR12, BYSL, DCAF13, CCT2, RRS1, NIP7, NIFK, and CCT7 at high expression levels were all associated with significantly unfavorable prognosis in HCC (Figures 6A–H), while no significant correlation was observed between the expression of POLR1C and OS of HCC patients (Figure 6I).
