To evaluate the implication of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)- and dopamine transporter (DAT)-positron emission tomography (PET) in the diagnosis and clinical symptoms of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), 55 DLB patients and 49 controls underwent neuropsychological evaluation and FDG-, DAT-, and 18F-Florbetaben (FBB) PET.
